I stayed at this property for three nights, and it was by far one of my lowest hotel experiences. I honestly cannot categorize it as a 5-star hotel.
Basic service requests like a toothbrush or towel took nearly 30 minutes to arrive, which suggests either a serious lack of staff or poor coordination. The bathrooms were in bad condition — broken floor tiles, a blocked wash basin, no shaving mirror, and very poor water pressure. I faced the same issues even during a separate booking in the first week of October, so this seems to be a consistent problem.
Breakfast was average — nothing exceptional. I had also requested for a TV channel to watch a cricket test match; while someone did come to my room, the issue was never resolved.
Overall, the customer service was pathetic. Even after multiple complaints, there was no genuine willingness to help. The staff appeared robotic and indifferent, showing no sense of hospitality.
I truly regret choosing this property — it was a waste of both time and money. Definitely not recommended.
