Pleasant stay, especially their special offer was really worth full. On the buffet the best was lunch, dinner & then breakfast. Rooms where good too.

It’s was so good and we’ve booked a candlelight dinner for our anniversary, that was really awesome. We would like to appreciate the hospitality and the service especially mr. Erickson and mr. Jalal those who are done soooper service to us during our candlelight light dinner.

Amazing stay. Really clean and hygienic. The complimentary birthday cake was really tasty. Breakfast was top notch all thanks to the chef ( chef masim & team) and the rest of the staffs. Impressed with their hosting and services. Infinity pool and gym was clean and well maintained.

Yes i find this hotel a beautiful location and break fast was served and it was tasty and had so many varieties of food and and it is in the center of info-park and near world trade center and they have a beautiful service and amenities the only thing lack is parking space and this all about my stay in four points by sheraton kochi infopark

Welcoming was very good, room was very tidy and spot on. Room had plenty of water bottles. Morning breakfast was great. Had so many options and food was delicious too. Check out process was hassle free. The restaurant had so many great options for authentic indian cuisines. Had a good time in the rooftop pool as well

I’ll quickly cover the basics – the room was very clean but need to update the bath towels..The bed was comfortable and I slept great each night. Every meal that I had at the hotel was spectacular.

Excel-let front office staff. Though i reached early to the property, the staff was very quick and supportive in getting me a room, that too based on my preference. Had in room dining, food was super. Had a very nice time with my friend. Thank you
