Review Of Four Points by Sheraton Mahabalipuram Resort & Convention Center

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton, Mahabalipuram and had a very pleasant experience overall. ✨ Staff Behaviour: From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, courteous, and always ready to help. They went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their professionalism combined with genuine hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. 🧹 Cleanliness: The property is extremely well maintained. The rooms, common areas, and dining spaces were all spotless. Housekeeping was prompt and consistent, and it really gave a sense of comfort and hygiene throughout my stay. 🍴 Food Quality: The food served here is excellent, both in taste and presentation. I especially want to mention Chef Sekar L, who did an outstanding job. His dishes were flavorful, thoughtfully prepared, and reflected a high level of skill and passion. Every meal felt fresh and homely, and his attention to detail truly stood out. ✅ Overall, my experience was wonderful and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great service, clean surroundings, and delicious food.

1. Power and AC went off 9 times between yesterday night 10 pm to this morning 10 am. Could sleep for even 1 hour. 2. Shower was completely clogged. I had to open the ports to get some water on my head. 3. Poor house keeping. Had some items stored infront of the room.

Overall stay was excellent but restaurant is small and during lunch /dinner guest need to wait for 30 minute to get table.

Right from Gate In very courteous Front Office Reception Team - especially female staffs - Male staffs in front office in night shifts to be trained on customer handling. F&B Manager - Male staff is very friendly and managing the crowd very efficiently on 10.8.25 - Sunday

Stopped on the way for a night stay. There were no issues, staff were responsive and courteous. Restaurant meets minimum requirements.

The property Four Points by Sheraton is a beautiful neatly maintained one... The ambience is top notch. Special mention to the fragrance in the reception. Heavenly guys!!😍😍 The breakfast buffet spread was awesome. We even had all our meals there. Deliciously made and mouth watering😘. Special mention to Abdul who was very hospitable and cheerful, ready to attend to all our requests. Highly recommended and must-visit property😊😊

Great location, great ambience. The place has very big open area like a residency. Full green and pleasant view for everyone. Happy hours are added advantage. Food is also tasty.

very moment at Sheraton was overflowing with hospitality, the staff at every place the pool, the restaurant, the reception, were amazing. special mention to the following for their exceptional service and hospitality, Karthikeyan at the pool ( he was extremely vigilant, encouraging with kids, and soft spoken) , pallavi at the reception, she is a warm, person who connects and makes you feel welcome, rojina, prity, sathya and istaq at the restaurant were simply accomodating and so considerate towards kids, above all the the food, food is just exceptional, both the chef's at the night service and morning service deserve a bow, finally rooms, villa rooms are a treat, spacious with two bathrooms and two tvs and absolutely comfort heaven. I am definitely coming back!

The hotel was okay for a short stay. The room was clean but quite basic, and some of the furniture felt a bit worn out. Staff were polite but not overly attentive. Breakfast had a decent selection, though nothing special. Good location but the noise from the AC was annoying at night. Overall, fine if you’re not expecting luxury.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The resort was stunning, the food was delicious with a wide variety to choose from, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and be treated like royalty!

We all really enjoyed the property..neat and clean ..well maintained The staff was courteous and helpful all the time guiding us... Pool was clean and well maintained Hi-tea pakoda were yummy Srihari and Aadarsh during our meal times were really active and responded quickly on our specific request for the food Food was awesome and tasty. We had all three meals and enjoyed each and every thing specially the Tiramisu Fantastic team work and Pallavi at the reception was really good 👍 thank you for the amazing and lovely stay

The Four point Sheraton was average, food quality, resort ambience for its price was OK. The food was a bit dry. Staff was helpful though. The room ambience was OK for the price point.
