Comfortable stay and amazing hospitality

We stayed at the four points by sheraton with our two year old kid and had the most delightful experience starting from check in till we checked out. The location of the hotel is great, the lobby in impeccable white tone has a warm vibe and rooms are comfortable. We were touched by the genuine warmth and hospitality of all the staff, be it the front office, restaurant, security or housekeeping! sailakshmi assisted us to our room, helped us throughout our stay and always put a smile on our little one’s face. Vicky at the restaurant again was so effortlessly jovial with our kid and others and went that extra mile to make our dining experience memorable. Santu, saif ali and all other staff at the restaurant were really kind, professional and prompt in their services. The breakfast and lunch spread at the restaurant deserves a special mention as it was not only delicious and varied but every ingredient was so fresh. The menu is well curated and a lot of care is put into every dish that was served. The flavours were well balanced. Thanks to the chefs! overall we had a memorable stay and looking forward to coming back here whenever we visit vizag.

Best place to stay with family and feel like homely. Comfortable to the environment also. Best is various types of items in breakfast and gharaki khana in dinner. Love this.

Lovely place to stay with malls and shopping area at a walking distance. Beach is 2kms away. The buffet breakfast is really awesome 👍🏻

My stay was super amazing kudos to the amazing staff for taking good care of me it was my first time in vizag and they really treated me with love and care i felt welcomed. There services are top notch. Food 10/10 ambience amazing location is easy to get.

The best thing i found in here is that hotel staff was so polite, helpful and very professional and always there to help you out in case of any requirement. Rooms are also spacious and clean. Will definitely recommend to all.
