It was a wonderful stay at this place, from checkin to dinner, breakfast and check out, everything was superb. Staffs at this place is very responsive and take due care of the guest with a smile.

We had a pleasant stay at four points by sheraton. The breakfast buffet was exquisite. The welcome sweets were a kind gesture and all the staff were kind and very responsive. We were also provided with a complimentary early check in and late check out. Definitely a must stay spot also because of its reach to the airport.

Stay was overall good, clean room, good staff but always read terms and conditions of hotel on mmt, because mm t will not help you out if there is after booking confirmation, so always ready t&c on final page before book any hotel

Very good experience starting from the front desk (ms. Surabhi) to the f&b (mr. Deepak, we had some special request which was taken care by the team. Very courteous & extremely helpful team.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Four Points by Sheraton in Delhi, and I must say, it was an experience to remember! The moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to ensure the stay was smooth, and that genuine hospitality made such a difference. Now, the landscape around the hotel – so peaceful! Amidst all the hustle and bustle of Delhi, the hotel grounds felt like a calm little oasis. The greenery and well-maintained surroundings made it a perfect place to relax after a busy day. The hotel’s hospitality truly stood out. I have to give a big shout-out to Sheetal Seth. Her warm and attentive service made me feel right at home. It’s the little things that really make a stay memorable, and Sheetal definitely made it special. And oh, the food! I still can’t get over it! Huge kudos to Chef Dilip, Praveen, and Thapa for their incredible culinary skills, Rajesh for his amazing service. Every meal was an absolute treat – flavorful, fresh, and just downright delicious. They deserve all the praise for making the dining experience so delightful. All in all, Four Points by Sheraton was more than just a stay – it was a memorable experience filled with great people, amazing food, and a fantastic location. Highly recommend it for anyone heading to Delhi!

We had an excellent stay at four points. The check in was smooth and neeta at the front desk was very quick. We even got a super upgrade to a suite at a minimal cost. All thanks to the hospitality by sheetal, i think she's the floor manager. Very gracious. The culinary choices in the restaurant are great. Bharat, the sous chef created some special dishes for dinner. The breakfast spread is amazing. It was nice to see dilip, the head chef talking to each guest personally. All in all a great experience. Just one suggestion - it will be good if the four points can build an onsite spa.

Property location very near to international airport. The ambience is very good. Staff very good, facilities excellent and cost effective. Food excellent. Surbhi the person in front desk really knows how to deal with customers. Overall the behaviour of staff was excellent which is rare to find. Excellent value for money
