"i recently stayed at four points by sheraton srinagar and had an exceptional experience. the hospitality was top-notch, with the staff being warm, courteous, and always eager to assist, making sure every need was taken care of. the rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and comfort was commendable. the décor of the hotel also added to its elegance, creating a welcoming and luxurious ambiance. the food was another highlight of the stay. the variety of dishes, especially the local delicacies, were not only delicious but also left us wanting more. whether it was breakfast or dinner, the quality of food was consistently excellent, making dining a delightful experience. overall, four points by sheraton srinagar offers a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and excellent service. i would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting srinagar."

Good service. Clean bathrooms. Courteous staff. Helpful checkin persons. We needed a medicine. They promptly got it for us at 9 pm.

I visited with family. The hotel is located in city only close to market and dal lake and airport. The staff is very decent and helpful. Food is excellent. I’ll give it a 10+ rating. Superb stay experience.

My stay at four points by sheraton was great. I stayed there for 2 days in the executive suite. The staff is very courteous and humble. Your requests are immediately attended to. The breakfast and dinner buffet was very elaborate and tasty. It was a great experience. Totally worth the money spent.

This is a luxurious stay away from the hustle and bustle of srinagar city. The mountain view room is large and comfortable. There is a jacuzzi which you don't get in the normal traditional room. Service and check in was prompt typical of mariott experience. Nasir ali and sajid in the restaurant provided us top class service, with a personal touch which is rare and we loved it. I only wish, being in srinagar they add a kashmiri touch to their buffet both breakfast and dinner with more flavor from the land.

We had an excellent stay at four points by sheraton in srinagar. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were big and cosy. Our stay was made comfortable by arif and sajid at reception and bhat gowhar and tawfeeq mire in restaurant.

Excellent rooms. Very spacious, even a regular room. Rooms were quite warm despite almost 0 degrees temperature outside. Hospitality is also very good. Their team of people (front office, f&b, room service etc) are always available at disposal without wasting any time and with continuous smiling face which is very important. Food is also very good with fairly large spread. Overall would surely advise to stay here.

Best stay in the last 10 years or so. Nice rooms, wonderful staff, especially the restaurant staff. A special mention of mr waseem khan and fayaaz who made the trip very special

Four points srinagar provides all first class amenities with serene view of shankaracharya from room balcony. Food and other services are excellent so as staff through professionals.

Although there are no big grounds, but the hotel is good with all facilities like gym, bathtub/jacuzzi, movie room (complimentary, kids play area etc. Rooms are of good size. Service is good. Breakfast was also good specially the south indian food. Overall would recommend!
