Property is good , Located on the beach, expect of check -in behaviour of the receptionist that was horrible

A lot of things went really well, location is just spot on - beach hotel for a reason. Staff is really polite and flexible. Breakfast has tons of option for the Indian breakfast. Room size is towards the smaller size but everything else just overpowers this con.

Great place, ambiance and very close to the beach. Excellent and very helpful staff.

I had an amazing stay at the property , it was my first time at Goa and staff are so friendly and takes good care of us specially Ms Babita from front desk I would like to appreciate her .thank you again for taking good care of us

Location wise slot is perfect! But the service we got was not very good. We had to ask for so many things again and again and wait for it.

Every thing from the security at the gate , to reception staff's attitude, rediness of the room, pleasent oder in the hotel, ambient sound coming from the speakers, AMAZING FOOD, Good offers on the beers combo, politeness of the staff & managers, landscaping, cleanliness of the swimming pool, attentiveness of the staff even out side the resort towards the pool and finally the cost effectiveness of it all, i had booked a garden facing room but then was upgraded to better view pool view room. Overall it really felt like a vacation in a 4star hotel, will again stay if get a chance.

Rohit and rizwan was superb. That’s for hosting us. We had good time. It was brilliant. Everything was so smooth

Breakfast buffet was good, staff at restaurant were super helpful as we travelled with a 1.5 yr old toddler. Rooms were not good, below average rooms, too expensive for such rooms

restorent food bad room is very bad smell the picher and reality is very bad and swiming pool not clean

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was very courteous, and the service was prompt. The location is convenient and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
