Swimming pool not functional, rest of guests paid around 5300 per night and we have paid 9700, feeling cheated by makemytrip.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your feedback. We are really sorry for the inconvenience being caused to you due to non functioning of swimming pool which may be under maintenance. We always endeavor to give a special experience to all our esteemed customers however certain technical faults are beyond our controls. However, we will try to improve upon this aspect. With regard to rates we wish to update you that room tariff is dynamic and it may change as per availability and other factors. However such a high difference in rates for similar category is not possible. Request you to review your ratings and give us a change to host you again. familyThe location off national highway is little remote. The activities need to be added as apart from swimming pool and camel ride nothing is there.
