One of the worst rooms I had been to. The worst toilet, completely unhygienic, couldn't even bathe or use the toilet , cockroach, smelly. No water, the bed is super unhygienic, with blood or similar color strains. Ac gives hot air.

no hot water, we have booked for 3 people but the bed was small. on repeated asking also hot water is not provided, bed sheets are with stains.

Ac doesn’t work, fan speed keeps changing, only 2-3 ppl running around. No basic amenities like full le hth mirror or cupboard. Only soap and towel is provided. Rooms are most basic. Bedding was torn, pillows were horrible and in the name of comforters they actually provided duvet covers. For everything i have to walk to the eating area to ask for something. Amenities provided are towel and soap thats it! we stayed for 4 nights. First night we stayed in a room that seemed like a drivers accommodation and washroom was like a public toilet. After many requests we got the room mentioned earlier. It may be good for backpackers but not worth the money. The only plus point is the location.

Don’t go by the pictures. We stayed for 4 days, we were put into a room that looked like a driver accommodation. Then after requesting numerous times, they shifted us to the huts shown in picture. No amenities or cupboard in room. The ac didn’t work, fan speed kept changing, bed sheet was torn, no comforters in room just duvet covers when temperatures were around 18-19 degrees at night. The location is good. Its close to benaulim and colva. This beach is called sernabatim. Its an almost empty beach with 5-6 shacks only. You will need to rent a car or bike else your movement will be restricted to the beach and the nearby shacks only. There is a shack in the hotel which is decent. The stay experience was pathetic, we were scared to come back to the room. Only positive is location.

The place is clean and right at the beach front. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Worth the stay

The beach front property is amazing in its location. The rooms are fine, purpose-built and just right if you have lived in beach front properties before. Staff is helpful (anthony) and we had a pleasant stay.
