Stay was good, caretaker mr. Baldev is excellent in terms of hospitality and chef. We preferred to have in house dinner. It was fabulous and upto the standard. Not too oil, not too spicy. Just like home made taste. Cleanliness was awesome.

The property was well maintained and very clean. The staff was very helpful as well. If you are looking for a reasonable stay in borivali this is the option you must go for.

Everything was up to the mark. The hospitality and services were wonderful. Cleanliness was perfect. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Property was completely Worth for money.

Its a house converted into a guest house (4 rooms with 1 occupied by staff. Location looks shady on the fir-at look and is though ok from inside but not too clean. Towels had some spots and there was light coming from outside whole night. Best part of the guest house for me was it was very close to borivali station (i needed a place as close as possible) and its caretaker baldev. He is very caring and a great cook too.

It was an awesome official stay. The property was very neat and clean. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were relaxing. It was total value for money stay. Everything was fantastic regarding facilities or services. It is a high-quality property except for the location. Because we had faced difficulty to find the property.

It was very basic property, not worth 3k at all, i rather would’ve spend some more and stay at a better place. Otherwise basic property at best. The caretaker seems ok, also they don’t stock basic water bottles only give tap water to guests which is bad. At-least they should keep water at hand. Hygiene maintenance was ok. A bit privacy issue as doors are thin and rooms close together one can hear the commotion outside. That’s all.

Check in and check out times are inconvenient and no luggage area or security if we want to keep luggage for some time before boarding plane. Staff was unavailable at times when needed and the entrance needed to be manned constantly to enter or exit which was very inconvenient since the staff was not there when needed. Cleanliness was good but overall won't be going with this hotel again.

Address was worng, had make sevarla calls to reach support. I had to wait for 15mins more to people arrive and pick. Door lock was not working. Water heater was very slow to heat. Room was not cleaned very much. Most of sockets were not working.
