Location of the property is very good. However the hygiene, and cleanliness is below average. Staffs are not properly trained and it seems they are daily wages workers put into the job. There is no in house facility for any food or beverage. In my opinion it’ falls under “don’t choose” category.

Bad hotel and disgusting manager

Even after doing online booking, I was made to wait for 20 minutes (as room was not ready and I reached at 8:30 pm). First he gave me a bad room in basement, without network in the room, when I asked to change the room, he asked to me wait another 20 minutes. I went out for dinner and this guy calls me after 30 minutes and says I don't have any booking at 9:40 pm. What am I supposed to do? After coordinating with MMT executive, she managed to do some adjustments and I was given room in same hotel (2 hours wasted after travel) and this time also he gave me a bad room.
