Location is good but room is not clean not that much good tv remote is not working tv button also not working

When reached the hotel in the modnight, we were told that there was no room available. On intervention made alternate arrangement somewhere else in a 5 x 10 ft room.

Very poor hotel and staff .. looks like 3rd graded lodge .. nor recommend for couple or family

There is no water at night, rats on the bathroom, room was so dirty that we couldn’t even sleep. I regret why i book through make my trip. Horrible experience

Bad smell in the room. Cockroaches present in the bathroom. Informed the staff in the afternoon for spraying pesticide. Did not bother to do it even till evening but asked me to do it myself. I bought a spray and killed the cockroaches and asked for the removal of the dead ones. The response was, there is no one to do it, as it was 10:00pm

The guest house is in shabby condition, rooms full of fungus smell, rooms located in underground, as if going in a bunker. Not advise to go there. Vacated in an hour to shift to other location

Very helpful staff especially who works at night. Affordable price with clean rooms. They have no ac options also which is very sufficient.

Worst location to stay, bad service, hotel is in basement 2nd floor, bad and smelly rooms, poor network connectivity, dirty rooms

Rooms were not properly clean. No hot water provided. No prevention provided for mosquitoes around.

The staff were not quite good they were rude to us and they didn't keep the dustbin in the room

Excellent guest house. Workers are very polite and handled customer with love. I like very much. It's perfect fit for family also.

No room service for coffee etc. After reaching, waited for 20 minutes, to allot room, clean, etc soap towel provided on request. Not happy.

Not bad and improve the facilities

For low cost it was good but they should improve the maintance of room. Toilet material was all broken. There is no ventilation in the room. Ad there is more more mosquito. . Whole night there was a war of mosquito. There is no towel no bedsheet. Otherwise it was good ad not bad.

People workings here are good. Need to better hygiene washroom
