The rooms should be properly ventilated. Washrooms should be neat and clean. Tv is there but it is not working

Electric shock is there at geyser. I could have died. Please get this checked from mechanic. Bathroom condition is not good. Tap for shower is hardly working. No hot water despite installed geyser. No light in the bathroom light in the kitchen is blinking. Overall room was ok.

1. Location is good. 2. Food quality is good. 3. Room was not clean even after 3 pm. We had to wait almost for half an hour. 4. Lift is quite old, needs replacement. 5. Room door lock was not working properly. 6. No kettle, no sugar/tea/coffee sachets (which an ordinary hotel also provides. 7. No paid channel on tv.

When we reached the hotel, first of all we asked for the rooms and they gave us two rooms. Both the rooms were not clean at all, there were spots and hairs on the bed and in the bathroom and cigarettes lying on the floor, and when we tried to go for shower, there was no water at all so we had to wait for the next day to take shower, and the air conditioner was also not working properly on the first day so we had to get our room changed. Overall it was not at all a pleasant stay for us. Sure here you go

Pillow covers, cushion covers and bed runners are dirty and stained. Did not provide tea bags. Only one towel was given

I had the worst experience on my stay, firstly the room was not ready on the arrival flush was also not working properly we the room changed then also the other was not properly maintained. There were also cockroaches in the room, it is not worth the money they are charging, we had a discount coupon on food and beverages at the time of booking but the hotel denied to give us the same.

The stay was horrible so unhygienic and also at the check out time even before time they kept calling us on the landline again and again and waa very disturbing also the covers were all stained and the sheets were torn and overall very unhygienic and uncomfortable

The stay was nice but at one point a random person tried to open the door and it was such an unprofessional behaviour i didn’t like it at all and also the bed covers were stained and the mattress was a little distorted also the washroom was smelling all the time
