Spacious, well maintained & clean property. Staff behaviour was nice too. Had a great stay. Very good choice for full family stay as well.

We (family) stayed for a night. Good and tasty dinner buffet. The staff at restaurant was very warm and courteous. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the ac seemed to be less effective. Also the hotel is almost 30mins away from hear ki pauri, ganga ghat, haridwar and situated in industrial area. Overall, good hotel and i highly recommend this hotel for it courteous staff, comfortable rooms, nice lobby and restaurant.

Hotel was good. Food was also very delicious. Staff were very co-operative and helpful. Breakfast buffet has lot many options. Little far from hear ki pauri but auto rickshaw is available. There is a pentagon mall at walking distance and it has all the leading food brands like dominos, mcdonalds, burger king.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of industrial area. Easy access to the mall. Very clean hotel and friendly staff. All services available. Food is excellent.

The best thing I like about the hotel is its location. It is far from the crowded places of Haridwar. The cleanliness of area surrounded the hotel is amazing. The infrastructure is same as it look on photos. Amazing! The service and the food of hotel is also amazing. Overall I love the experienceand I might go to the same hotel again on next visit.

Good location, excellent service, very helpful staff. Away from city crowd. Good serene location. Shopping mall and market within walking steps. A well-maintained restaurant and very supporting staff. Very good room service.

Very good looking hotel with good ambience and hotel staff were co-operative. Rooms were nice and we were comfortable. Will surely book again whenever I visit Haridwar again. 5 out of 5 in cleaniness, ambience and staff support

One of the best hotel in SIDCUL town ... It has got Swimming pool, Spa centre, Restaurant, Bar etc. Having said that there is restaurant, the charges of foodstuff are very high ... Swimming pool was not clean ...

The location is neat and clean in the outskirts of the city along with a very decent mall of Haridwar. The resort is located in the industrial area of Haridwar with rich quality of food and awesome place to sit in the evening and a well maintained swimming pool.

Good food, excellent location and perfect for business or family stay. Economical, spacious and fast service. Sidcul office stone throw away. Would love to stay even for vacation. For business purpose, this is a perfect location. I could not expect such a location that too at so low price.

I am extremely happy to express my true feelings in staying at Gardenia Spa. Everything I say is superb except gym, swimming pool and spa which they told was under maintenance. Other than this I have zero complaint and should say quite professionally managed. Specially the restaurant staff are very cordial and caring. I appreciate the service of cleaning and services also.

Hotel location is good, got this hotel at reasonable price stay was comfortable, cleanliness is up to the mark, hotel is adjacent to pentagan mall so we enjoyed the late night show also. Swimming pool is the area which left unexplored
