Good service,staff also cooperative, room clean , property on road parking also available

Property was good food was also good and the staff was also good they were listening all the problems All things were good

The place is in a good spot and the rooms and bathrooms are huge. But, something in the mattress was making us itch, maybe bedbugs. Plus, mosquitoes kept us up all night. We checked in super late and were exhausted. We really wanted a good night's sleep. Other than that, everything was great.

We had an unpleasant experience at this hotel primarily due to hygiene issues. The room had visible stains, including ghutka marks on the curtains, and the floor was not mopped properly. Corridors and carpets were equally dirty, which made the entire environment feel neglected. While the washroom was surprisingly clean and the food was good, the Wi-Fi didn’t work during our stay. I would not recommend this hotel for families with children, as the overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards and poses a concern for kids who tend to touch everything.

I am staying in this property whenever I visit Ajmer but this time property was not that fresh and equipped. I am happy that I booked property through MakeMyTrip otherwise offline rate is way too high and those rates for current conditions doesn’t justify.

My experience was average because property had a lot of things missing this time. In last 4 years I visited Ajmer every Diwali and stayed at GenX but this time it was not that fresh and equipped. Staff is still nice and humble but place do need serious attention.

The television of the room wasn’t working, the fan was making utter noises and when informed the receptionist was extremely rude. She asked us to do whatever we can but she would not help at all.

AC is not working.called so many times...after one hour they shifted me to another room.they should be responsible.

The hotel rooms were below average.. The rooms were stinky. The room locks were old . My one room was locked and it was not opened with a card key or metal key.. Food was also not good . Half cooked food was served. I request MMT to review the hotel so that no such bad experience is faced by others seeing the MMT rating .
