It was a lovely experience at the hotel. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful. Both the boy and the girl were very polite. Room service was perfect. Food quality was good.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in delhi. The reception staff, particularly ankit, was exceptionally helpful and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering assistance throughout my stay. The hotel itself is well-maintained, providing comfortable rooms and a pleasant ambiance. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Very nicely kept. The dining was also good. The staff was very cordial and supportive. I'll love to stay again on my next visit to delhi.

The hotel is marvellous. I came with my family and got the best rooms. My stay was memorable. The staff welcomed us warmly and very attentively. Everything is 10/10, the location, facilities and the services.

The rooms were good, th only problem was th rooms were smelling bad and the smell was coming from the ac vent. The staff was very polite. The food options were less. Request to please provide chairs to your reception staff !

The stay was comfortable. The rooms were good. Being a booking during marriage season the prices of basic rooms were sky rocketing. Inspite of paying decently for the room the breakfast spread was very ordinary. Overall a pleasant stay.

There was limited water supply. I had to keep asking for water even though i offered to pay. Staff mentioned that drinking supply was less. Also breakfast options were limited and not well prepared, unlike the other ginger hotels that have excellent breakfast spreads and quality
