spacious and excellently clean room with all facilities like LED, AC, Guser. cordial staff, homely made tasty food...Away from the hustle and bustle of the city... very near to Chandigarh airport

Excellent Stay
We stayed in a newly constructed villa (just 2 years old) located in the upscale Aerocity area of Chandigarh. It was an ideal choice for a transit halt, as we had an early morning flight the next day. The host—a retired Air India pilot—was an exceptionally warm and friendly gentleman, which made our stay even more pleasant. The room was very spacious, easily accommodating a 2+2 family, and the location is just a 10–15 minute drive from Chandigarh Airport. While the property doesn't have an in-house restaurant, food can be arranged on a pre-order basis. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient overnight stay near the airport!

Overall ok. Room & bathroom are spacious & clean. Paid Breakfast service was delayed by almost approx 45 mins.

Not a place to stay
Booked stay at Ginger Garlic 5 days in advance with full payment. Check in time-1 pm. On a call at 4 pm was told that my stay was cancelled and I would somehow be accommodated if u cared to come. On reaching when I showed the booking the host acted most surprised and arrogantly declared that it was showing cancelled as per his information. The rooms booked had already been given to someone else- very condescendingly he offered 2 other rooms- one of which had just been vacated and needed cleaning- 15 minutes he said which very conveniently stretched to an hour. Since we were on a business trip the room was required only for 2 hours in the evening to rest and dress up and go for dinner - 1 hour had already been destroyed in waiting- after which I was visibly annoyed - the host claimed that he was a heart patient and could not stand my annoyance and I could claim my deposit from make my trip- on my insistence he initiated a refund from his side- so the 2 hours that u had in the evening were destroyed in settling in another property. Make my trip was not helpful either in resolving the issue! New are before booking in this property - the host is arrogant, rude and most unpleasant

We would like to clarify that your booking was indeed received, but unfortunately, there was a miscommunication in our system regarding the booking status, which we acknowledge was our oversight. We understand that you had made a full payment in advance, and it was never our intention to cause any distress or appear unprofessional. Our staff did attempt to accommodate you immediately upon your arrival by offering alternate rooms, one of which had just been vacated and needed a short time for cleaning. We apologize that this caused a further delay, especially since you were on a tight schedule. We completely understand how frustrating this must have been, especially for a short business stop. Regarding the conversation at the property, we are sorry if any remarks came across as arrogant or dismissive. Your feedback is noted, and we are taking steps to prevent such issues in future. I booked a room for my parents. Mr. Rajnish, the property owner, took good care of my parents and the staff was also good. The place was clean and new. Very close to the chandigarh airport.
