Review Of Ginger homestay

When i call the homestay they said they don't have any tie up with make my trip. Make my trip dont have any customer care to support there customers finally disappointed

I was extremely disappointed that I was not given the accommodation that is seen on ginger home stay website. I called owner multiple times on the contact number given by makemytrip, he finally responded saying "you speak to makemytrip only for your stay and disconnected" Eventhough makemytrip call centre executive was helpful it is absolutely disappointing that you don't have any idea about actual property. I was told that ginger homestay has more than 1 facility. I would like to see photos and contact details from you to see if you are even aware of the actual locations of properties listed by you. I am a regular user of makemytrip but I am extremely disappointed by my experience. I wanted take this to a consumer Court but I do not have the time to pursue that route.

The position of the hotel..homestay is probably the best one would have imagined for a peaceful stay disconnected from any network.But there are some alterations to be made from host point of view (a)maintenance should have been better(b)food quality(c)internet connections though claimed wasn't there..just in case..(d)no power back up,both the nights we stayed without power in total darkness(power back up till dinnertime) and something was amiss everytime you wanted to yearn for that.But complains are there in every sphere..if you are ready to make an understanding with the shortfalls your stay would be great

we booked this hotel and when we reached there they made us to wait more than an hour and even aft dat they dint show up....finally they didint give us the room we booked .....the owner handed us to another homestay which wasnt worth our money.....
