Room is Good, Property Is very Good ,But This Time I feel they have hired some new staff there so they are not professionally trained yet..

Location was excellent, but the overall stay was disappointing. I booked this property through MakeMyTrip. The room was quite small and congested, and the towels provided were not clean. Food quality was average, and room service needs improvement. I also faced an unpleasant situation where the security guard behaved rudely with a Swiggy delivery person who came only to deliver a mobile charger. I hope the management takes this feedback positively and improves the guest experience.

Toilet very small wash basin inside the bedroom hardly 30 feet away from bed restaurant very small, reception has no glamour to welcome your colleagues or guests so not interested to re visit such type of hotel & food rates are very high

Not worth spending that much. You get much better room and amenities at this price. The room had no space at all. Staff behavior was also not welcoming.

LOCATION IS GOOD, FOOD DOSENT HAVE TASTE, ROOMS ARE TOO SMALL NOT COMFORATABLE. WIFI WAS NOT WORKING FOR ONE DAY. UPON DETAILED INVESTIGATION, THE HOTEL STAFF HAS PUT SPACE IN BETWEEN THE PASSWORD. I WHOLE IT IS GOOD FOR STUDENT BUT NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL.

The location is bit faraway from the central city. Considering the rate, I expected better rooms. my room didn't even have a cupboard. Also, a stand to put the suitcase was also missing. However, the breakfast is very good here. So it can be considered for a short stay.

The rooms are not clean bed not comfortable handicapped washroom de diya very bad experience in hotel

Location was good. Reception guy was very poor in helping. I had 3 requests when I booked but none of them were met. He took almost 1 hour to do the check in process which was really annoying. Hotel location is good. But the reception staff was very poor. That guy took almost an hour to do the check in process. Room was okay but not very clean. Bed sheets and towels that were provided had stains on them. Overall I would say it was only okay but not that good for the money that was paid. I asked for a smoking room he asked me to wait for 20 minutes for that and finally he said not possible after 30 minutes of waiting. I had requested this at the time of booking. Also I had requested for spacious room and a double bed at the time of booking but what I got was 2 single beds and a congested room.

The property is in a good location and easily reachable. However the staff behaviour was not up to the mark I had requested to have the two single beds joined, but the staff refused asked me to do it myself, which was disappointing

Their ACs in the room don't work at all every time I stay there I only have this complaint & there is no other way of air circulation no fan nothing so How a person can sleep in so much sweat
