I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were extremely warm, professional, and always ready to help. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with all modern amenities one could ask for. The bed was very comfortable, and the housekeeping team ensured everything stayed immaculate throughout my stay. The food at the restaurant was another highlight — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of both local and continental options. Poor Stay
Room door safety latch missing. Chair is broken,no hot water, provide smoking room. I asked higher floor FO never asked choice but given smoking room. Food was horrible Biraayni was just boiled rice no taste.

Terrible Stay
the new staff is useless ..they don't know anything..all the new staff are put on the front deck and they don't knw how too speak or do their work ...it also takes us at least more then 20 to 25 mins fr checking.....what the hell is thz...?? and there is no senior is there. ..there is sone miss Tanya and tere helping hald... there r worst...

visited the Ginger Hotel in Noida, and I must say, I had a pretty pleasant experience. The service was top-notch, and I was really impressed by the staff. Prateek and Ajay were particularly helpful, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything I needed. The food, crafted by Chef Bhole, was delicious! Terrible Stay
I had booked a room with double bed but when I went to the room, I found double shepherd beds but they were attached together and second thing the room telephone was not working. Which also made it very difficult for me to order from restaurants.
