Excellent property and great gesture. Both from front end and restaurant special thanks to front desk team rahul / sohail and in restaurant-zeeshu / sadad keep it up very few properties in srinagar where you get space and facilities like ginger must book property

It's a comfortable hotel with all amenities in srinagar. Close to the airport and about 40. Mins from all tourist attractions. Breakfast had a decent spread while the taste was good. Staff is helpful and prompt.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! from the moment i walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring that i felt right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, with luxurious bathroom (though it didn’t had hair drier) i enjoyed a peaceful and restful stay. I also took advantage of the on-site restaurant, where the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and i highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-notch service and comfort!

Property is near to airport and very convenient to resch. There are many cafe around (walkable distance) like 14th avenue cafe. A special shoutout to mumena for being cordial and accommodating

The stay was really nice and very comfortable. The staff starting from the reception to the room service staff to fnb staff everyone was really great and helpfull. The breakfast being nice. Just 1 small thing although the breakfast time is till after 9:30, but when we arrived for breakfast at 9:30 one day the service was not upto the mark, it took at-least 15 mins to 20 mins for even a simple thing such as poori as it was over in buffet. But overall the stay was really nice. I'll recommend it to everyone and have already booked it for another trip again.

Food and amenities were excellent. Food section staffs, were trained and rooms and washroom were clean, and equipped with modern amenties. House keeping staffs were ok. Location is good near by airport. Dal lake and lal chowk market is also 15 mins drive from hotel

Neat and clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was exceptional, clean stylish rooms with excellent service. Good food and great value for money. Only thing that is negative is absence of health club, though it is mentioned that it is available.

New hotel. A comfortable stay. Ample parking place. Hot cold water available. We went for shopping from there.
