I had an enjoyable stay. The staff was very cooperative. The food was good but a little increase in the breakfast menu would be better. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience. Where will my discount be given. ?

The stay was nice and comfortable. We wanted a late checkout and staff ganesh and do-ma helped us without any charges. So overall it was a quite nice experience.

Very good and value for money place to stay. Good location, nice tap i river view. Good food, good rooms, all staffs at reception, restaurant, house keeping were very courteous. Over all very good experience, worth visiting again.

Nice location near vr mall and nearer to airport. Comfortable stay. Smallish room. Queen bed. Tea coffee maker, small fridge, hanger, locker etc provided. Washroom is clean and decent size. Overall well maintained. Tv with tatasky and free wifi provided. Food was quite tasty. Overall value for money. Only downsize r is the smallish room.

It was very nice trip with ginger. Stay was good. All staff were cooperative. Meal was excellent. Room service was good. Room was also tidy and clean. Helpdesk also was good. Overall it was comfortable stay. I will recommend to stay this place.

Staff service extremely polite and courteous

Hi the service from the staff here is very good. The staff here names rajan from the food & beverage section is extremely helpful and polite towards the customer. He made my experience delightful at this hotel with his special treatment. The breakfast section was almost closed and he still made an additional effort to get me what i wanted to eat. Thanks much!

The reception people have been courteous and were quick to respond. Especially the work of the girls at the front office, panchal and sapna is commendable. Even rob-bin has been receptive.
