Ginger Thane

1. lights should be white and not yellow- it creats freshness. 2. ⁠wall paints should be light and pleasant. 3. ⁠toilets need to be cleaned and regular maintenance check for leakage should be done after each checkout 4. ⁠ac are quite old they need renewal. 5. ⁠during check-in and check-out the front desk peraon or the house keeping person should be actively asking for picking up the luggage to the room or to the transport vehicle what i loved the most is that the reception person was very understanding and helped us quickly in changing to a new room. all complements to this person- abhishek

The room including bathroom was clean. The staff was courteous. The location is easily accessible. The facilities in the room included ac; hot water in bathroom deom spout, shower head and hand washing spout. There was hand wash, soap, shampoo, conditioner. They also provided both health faucet and toilet paper. They had packaged drinking water as well as mini fridge. The security staff and reception staff were very courteous.

Near to station, near to ester express highway. Spacious rooms. Been visiting for the 5th time here. Great for couples. Budget friendly compared to what other Ginger Thanes are offering in thane. Friendly staff with very quick response. Late checkin was accepted. Hygienic rooms and washrooms. Working desk was a good addon. Quick response on room service request. Would like to comeback again.

Location is centralised as railway station, bus stand, all the government offices, malls, markets are nearby even at walking distance. Rooms are decent, staff is co operative, services were upto standard. No issues.

Comfortable stay, nice hospitality, good behavior of Ginger Thane staff, will repeat this whenever i will be in mumbai and also recommend others. Sorry have not taken any images during the stay.

Strategic location from an accessibility point of view. Decent and neat rooms, well maintained cobsidering the age of the building. One thing that can improve is the response of restaurant

A good stay for one night. There's an issue for parking since the location area is very compact and narrow. So do plan your stay accordingly.

Apart from reception Ginger Thane doesn't have a service staff they had not even took to the room reception has just given and key and informed room no no staff accompanied till room
