Very bad facility
Basic amenities was missing in room. Very poor cleanliness. It is not good enough for a night. They need to maintain the facility.

Stay in dharamshala
Looks like property is old and needs to be renovated. Sofas, toilets, door handles and locks are very old not functioning properly. While staying they didn't provide wifi. For two days stay giving excuses that their wifi was under maintenance and when we asked about same deluxe room with higher floor than they said need to be paid extra 1000-rs per day. Rooms need maintenance.

Great place- lovely view - budget friendly
The properly is located in front of war memorial and with a great view of snow covered mountains, we also got upgraded rooms when we asked for, so always ask for it if its available u can get it, the property was nice and clean, the staff were supportive and helpful. It had a ample parking space so if you are travel-ling with your own car please stay and leave your car here and travel via local so you can enjoy fully as there is huge traffic once you entered the main city traffic and parking issue can make your trip irritating. Stayed there for 2 nights the view from the windows were mesmerizing, the place location was the best thing as it is on the way of all the places we needed to visit and also away from traffic noise so you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature. The only thing we missed was the wifi as it wasn't available on the floors so we have to relay only on our net for video calling to friends and family. Else it was a great trip everyone enjoyed fully.

Good Stay
It’s a good property and near to world famous cricket ground. The service is poor. No toilet accessories. Rooms are quite big.

Hotel location is good but the quality of food and room is not up to mark need renovation and updation.

Comfortable and pleasant stay
familyWe booked hotel based on reviews on mmt. Hotel was really very good, clean and comfortable. The view of snow capped mountain ranges from the rooms balcony was amazing and unbelievable. Food was excellent but a little expensive. We could eat at nearby restuarant which also served very tasty dishes. Wi fi was not avaliable due to repair work

Not fully satisfied as well from service of attendant. Even repeated call to reception not properly service given.
