This hotel is one of the best budget friendly hotels in the heart of ooty city. Pros: 1. Right at the center of ooty city. Walkable distance to the commercial market, botanical garden, rose garden and many near by restaurants 2. The hotel has dedicated pure veg (left side) and non-veg restaurants (right side) 3. The ground floor has shops that sell spices and oils, so you don't need to roam around to find them 4. Staff at the hotel is very friendly, i asked for a specific room (yes, am a repeated customer here) and they did everything in their capacity to allot that room to me (who else does that) 5. Hotel has an amazing parking, you may part more than 30 cars in their parking space 6. Rooms are very clear and tidy 7. Oh there is a petrol pump right next to the hotel, you can fill fuel before you start exploring ooty 8. Overall, everything is nearby, you can blindly book this hotel for family, couples, friends and solo. Cons: nothing, i personally didnt have any issues.

Hotel is really good. Bathrooms are clean. Service is prompt & staff is good. Walkable to charring cross & is center to everywhere we went & we are really happy with the stay

Awesome place to stay. Very close to the main shopping center and the hotel has both veg and non-veg restaurant separately. Good parking facility.

Rooms were near, clean and spacious. Rooms were near, Located in the heart of the town and pretty much accessible for all the shops and stores which saved a lot of time. Hot staff was very kind and courteous and served with care

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean and decent. Worth for money, staff helped us in getting cab for Ooty visit. Hotel was situated in market place. A2B restraint and dominos were in 200 metres range. Hotel food was also very good.

Nice lodging. Good service was provided I ever seen like this hotel. Overall worth for money. I forgot my things in hotel they will be return back my thing without any deviations. Thanks for the great service. Once again I will be visit soon.

The hotel was good enough for stay. The hotel staff was very co-oprative specially the reception staff. The room services was good enough. the location as well as room set -up pattern was excellent. Specially the kitchen having tea coffee & light snaks facility between every three room loung was a good idea. There is only one draw back we have noticed i.e. no meenu card in the room. in all we can say it was a plesent stay like home away from home.
