Reached out the hotel easily by my SUV car also got good covered parking space for my new car, rooms are very fresh with good fragrance, I had dinner in their restaurant , food got the quality. no complaints we faced during my stay.

Stay was superb with my family , located very near to Ooty botanical garden , I loved the exclusive fire camp in their zone and view from balcony is double great . entire hotel and rooms are well maintained.

Location - Location is very bad. It is hard to find. Nothing is available outside the hotel. Outside is dark and far from the main road. Food- Food is over priced. But you can order from outside. Room- Room is in the attic. Rooms are big in size and are very clean. But you have to climb many stairs to reach there. Bathroom is big and clean. Staff - are very helpful and have good behaviour. Overall 2.5 ⭐

Pros - Rooms are quite large for our family, bed size is also good. Cons No inhouse restaurent or any housekeeping. Even there is no arrangement of tea before 8.30 in morning that too arrange from outside complementary breakfast is also arranged from outside. Normally MMT ratingd are good indicator of Hotel quality. but this time i feel disappointed.

property is internal area of ooty, very narrow roads, yesterday road work was in process, we have waited for more than 4 hours, hotel people not bothered, amenities are upto the mark,

so super service and clean and green co operation is very good maintenance all so super good manner staff.
