For my stay of 5 people, there was no AC room available, so I had to book a non AC. When I reached, I found that it is very strictly a lodge, the rooms had dampness, luckily there was a lift. I found a bed bug (Khatmal) of a very big size, and requested the caretaker to switch to AC room. Thankfully he got me two ac rooms. The washbasin pipe of my AC room was broken and all the water dropped down. The room was ok though. Service of the caretaker was quick and he got us good tea in the morning. Somehow managed parking, co it was Saturday and the space of the shops was occupied for parking. Otherwise I'm not sure if there is space for parking.

Stinky and dirty rooms. Very old

Old room, no handles for front door and jammed handle for toilet, no cable tv, no hot water Positive thing is plenty of plug points to use.

Service department are very bad and maximum time hotel manager are not present inside the hotel for that staffs are not working properly and they're too much irresponsible. In one word worst service

Even after having booked on-line the reception person was not allowing stay. Very bad attitude.

Staff don't have minimum manners. Waited me around 30 minutes in late night to make ready the room. We were 4 people but booked only for 3. They insisted to take an additional room for a single person. Very bad behavior.

They have only lodging no food was served neither they take order too. Surprisingly hotel name was not there any where.
Location is too far from city centre and most importantly hotel is under renovation, they dont have any customers that the reason they given me three bedroom. Room was clean though and one can’t expect more than what they paid.

This hotel situated at the center of the city of Mangalore. Very convenient location, easy accessibility. good for a short term stay. They are providing all basic amenities. I liked the place, next time when I am in Mangalore will go there.

Yes but the thing is if they have allowed me to make late checkout of around 10 hours I would have paid for half of the amount but they insisted to pay full so that we have to checkout at the time.

The serving will take a little time But the hotel facilities are A-class with a 24 hrs hot shower a beautiful view along side and comfortable bed must sleep like a baby

Excellent hotel Loved it. If I were travelling to that place I'll be choosing the Golden Residency as the primary. Travelling is the only thing that I had suffered when I was there.

The hotel is near bus stand. Dirty locality ... Rooms are not suitable for family people. I booked and stayed in room#306 ... The window lock is brocken ... Anybody can enter to the room through the window.

It's too far fr Mangalore Junction, almost 30 kms at Alanga. Don't assume it close, it was hectic and tiring and costly reaching there. Though actual tariff is very less, but MMR charged doubled.

Hotel room was quite decent. We found it difficult to trace the location of the hotel. The MMT app showed altogether a different location. Request to correct the location showed on the map.
