Poor Stay
Location is good. Restaurant and food quality is not satisfactory at all. Amenities need a lot of improvement. Services is very poor. Manager is too rude and doesn't co-operate. Staff behaviour is not satisfactory. They don't provide RO drinking water. I will not recommend this hotel. Nearby hotels are far better option.

Genuine review on stay
Rooms are good...but wifi works only in common area and staffs are bit cooperative. Even felt that charges are overhyped.

Good Stay
the location is very accessible, the staff and service is good. The hotel is very neat and clean, the washrooms, toiletries, towels are very nice. only need to work a little more on food taste.

Vintage property, vintage look.
Nice and clean rooms. have a touch of vintage vibes as the rooms and property is from old times, around 70 years old. Their kitchen is offering good food at affordable prices.

Very bad. Never recommend this place.
unclean rooms, smelly and dirty bathrooms. No cleaning services. Overall horrible place to stay.

Good Stay
Proximity of the property to nearby ghats, Har ki Pauri, and the National Highway was very good. Since there is no parking at most of the properties in the area, i cannot complain much about it. The property reminded me of the Havelis of the bygone era, with almost bare rooms (the rooms had bed, chairs, table, AC, though no cupboard). All in all, a good 9/10

Nice and clean rooms, but abysmal service. Clearly understaffed, when I visited in March. Go for it if you just need to sleep.

Hotel staff was so rude and they don't know how to treat with elders. my parents stayed there for a day but their behaviour was too much awkward. worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. They should have some professional behaviour.
