staying experience was Average
For Good things: Food and morning breakfast was very good and hygienic. Pool, garden and restaurant vibes was really superb. For need to be improve is room. Rooms are very small. We were stayed with my kid, total 3 persons it’s not comfortable. Room has no any balcony and window available but we couldn’t open it due to it’s open in the lobby. That’s why moisture issues are there. We went in New Year day but no any festival vibes were there. Even no any music available near the pool. We requested for music when enjoying in the pool but no option was there. Please when you reconstruct the room please make option for balcony or window to decrease the moisture level.

Average Stay
Room was very small; there was no balcony; furnitures was not adequate, extra bed given to us was too small to sleep on. Swim suit was not available on rent. Food and drinks were very expensive.

Poor Stay
It was a very poor experience and the staff were not supported also check in and check out time is not perfect ... they gave customers to room allocation not perfect time as per them SOP but they need that customer to check out the room as per them SOP time. also they gave all charges in each fecilities in advance but against it they could not give proper fecilities to customer as per charges... restaurant changes also so high compair to market item .

Excellent Stay
we have great experience in gold beach villa. we have booked semi deluxe room but they have upgraded our room to delux room free of cost. staff is very cooperative and food is also delicious and swimming pool is also neet and clean.......

Terrible Stay
Worst room experience ever. Floor was wet all the time. Bathroom had broken toilet seat WC and there was no stand to keep toiletries.

"At first, I thought the ratings were bad, so I canceled my booking once. But when I booked again, honestly, it turned out to be a really good stay. The room had all the necessary facilities, The breakfast was excellent, and I really enjoyed it."

Big no for this prop
I won't recommend this hotel as they dont provide any support even if you miss your stay due to natural calamities. we also had ask for the date change and that too agreed with rate difference but they denied . How worst their attitude towards their clients . Totally disappointed with their services. Zero recommendation towards the same

Daman travails
The rooms were small and compact though comfortable with all basic amenities. only issue was that there was lots of moisture/humidity in the rooms and the room remained wet maybe due to monsoon season. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties in a spacious restaurant.

The hotel won't allow liquor from outside. They have limited options of Liquor and its heavily priced. Outside food is not allowed the food from the restaurant is average and over priced. The free breakfast was bad

Property is very average looking at the room and other services... swimming pool is good .. room are below average no gallery no view. comparison to money we spent ... I will rate this property poor and not worth room per day. Food I have not had any experience as we had to go to other Hotels for lunch and dinner as there is no AC area for dining and there is no view....in Daman at slightly higher or at the same rate you can expect better property. so if you don't have any other choice book this Hotel... they are planning to renovate... post that may be it improves
