The hotel is nice and very close to the city palace which is advantageous when there's a rush in udaipur. rooms are cozy, service is prompt, staff is welcoming and attentive

Hotel is located in the heart of the city. .. just opposite to gulab bagh. Rooms are not spacious and clean. Amenities are also cheaper. Food quality and serving both not upto the mark. In dinner they served me stale and raw roti wrapped in butter paper, then when I objected, the room boy said, Sir, it is not my responsibility, now you are saying so, I will bring a replacement, then they changed it and gave me properly cooked roti. Parking is not like parking, it's just the basement, u can't even turn ur car easily in it.... laundry machines are there in parking.. nobody is there to take care the vehicles. Overall Average.. lot of another good hotels are there in surrounding area.

Excellent Stay
My stay was memorable for all the right reasons. The hotel strikes a balance between luxury and comfort, making it an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers. Hotel have a Good Rooms, But Parking a Car is Risky due to Narrow Parking and also many Time we are force to Park our car outside as Hotel with 24 Rooms Property is having 3 to 4 Car Parking space only During Breakfast Buffet is only available When Hotel have full Occupancy Staff behavior was above average, Calm Plus point of the Hotel is in mids of Udaipur City most of Tourist Spots are reachable House keeping was not providing water Bottles on Daily basis they only provided 2 half litter Bottles for 1st Day, So this got add on cost for us Main reason to rate this Hotel a Low and Honest Rating is All Rooms Windows falls on Road side, due to which 30% Traffic Noise penetrates inside the Room, It's a Headache, after request also room was alloted towards Road Facing on 3rd Floor🙏🏻💐

Decent place to stay near the city palace. Good location, good staff. The restaurant serves average food, but there are a lot of options around the hotel.

Terrible hotel and extremely rude and termanagement staff
The hotel was okay but the staff was terrible. Their behaviour was not good i had booked 3 confirmed rooms but when i reached there they said sorry sir we can give you one room right now and we are arranging another room for you and we can't give you the 3rd room and we tried to contact you to let you know about it but you didn't pick up the call. They blamed it on me and in mm t there is mentioned that you don't have to call and confirm your booking once you received the confirmation letter and i paid the full amount in advance. I had my whole family with me and this happened at night. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and i want mm t to refund my money for this inconvenience even though i have a confirmed booking of 3 rooms. This is not done i am very disappointed with this whole make my trip experience and hotel management.

Hotel room was not up to mark. 2 phone plugging switch was not working bathroom was dirty looking like no one has done cleaning. The mug and buckets were looking to old and bathroom towel and blanket were stinking

soloHotel is centrally located near gulb bagh but room was average and room was not properly cleaned and in breakfast they doesn't have many choice so i will give average rating to this hotel.

familyThe bedsheets and blankets look dirty. No ventilation in bathroom. No hand-held water jet in toilet. The window of the bedroom cannot be opened. Pigeons are accumulated outside the window. Room service is good. Not definitely a super deluxe amenity.
