The hotel is good, fooding, staffs all good but communication from the hotel to anywhere is very difficult, taxi wala does not know the location and every time needs to call hotel and got the actual direction

Ours was a short stay of 3 days for a family of four. We wanted to stay in a single room, it was possible in the room provided. In two days, we visited changgu lake and witnessed the snow, we also visited 10 places in gangtok. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and sikkim. Location, food, amenities were very good, we are very glad to receive the exceptionally good service from the hostel staffs especially ms. Rai for arranging everything smoothly.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel and it was a nice stay. We have booked a family suite with a private balcony. The food was delicious and there was very helpful staff who always helped us whenever we required anything.

Family room was very spacious and sufficient amenities were provided. The balcony had good view over-viewing hills. Food is expensive in the restaurant as no other option is available to eat. It is situated in steep roads so very difficult to reach without car. It has parking space for 5-6 private cars. Takes around 30-40mins from mall road in car

We booked family room for 2 nights, the room is very spacious with very good interior and an attic bed and very spacious wash room and a window side mattress was too good. There is an exclusive balcony offering views of gangtok city. Hotel staff are extremely great, helpful and room service was quick. Breakfast and food was tasty though spread is limited. Overall stay was great and would consider staying at same place again.

We took a family room and it was on 5th floor with access to terrace. Rooms were spacious, can accommodate a family comfortably. Terrace had great view. Access to market place is an issue. Food is the area that needs improvement, it is very costly and options are limited. Inf-act in ala- carte your choices are limited to the spread in buffet. The other aspect that can be improved is facility for in room dining. There is only one chair and hence it is difficult to have food with family. But service is good and people are amazing.

The staff is very polite and helpful. They helped us for taxis. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Our stay was comfortable. Best part is they have heater which is much needed in gangtok due to cold weather. It’s very close to the market. Overall i would recommend this hotel to all
