Review Of Golden Eagle by Wizowll Group of Hotels & Spa, Jaipur

Location is good, the food served was average & while considering facilities, a lot of improvement is required in services. Had to approach the reception desk very often to meet some of the requirements which are basic in nature. The hotel was understaffed due to Diwali, leading to the available staff being over occupied . The swimming pool was in unusable condition; the area surrounding the swimming pool was very dusty and untidy.

Good served was good. The property appears to be on the outskirts of the city.

Ambience is good, pool is fine. Food facility is ok. Service is fine . But this is quiet a good distance from main city. There is no balcony .

Excellent property and staff member’s also good Property location was 9km away from railway station. My checkin timing was 2pm but I request to manager for 9am and they allowed to check-in for 9am with out any charges

Property and rooms are very good ..staff is also humble just the food service was slow check in and check outs were hassle free ,extra bedding was made avaliable in the mid night as soon i asked them , rooms abd washroom were very clean and the air conditioning is at perfection

The location is good near 200 ft bus stop , rooms are clean and well maintained , food is good the only thing I don't like that the room service and bar staff are not professionals they come inside the rooms don't know about privacy and also don't talk politely and professionally

The hotel is too good as we wanted including breakfast swimming pool and most humble staff❤️every thing is loved And the room is so good Neet and clean In future we visit Jaipur we surely choose the hotel again Thnku so much for the kind and lovely hotel
