The hotel is at a good location and it’s very clean. The only problem I faced was that all the amenities which were supposed to be there in the room were not provided like hair dryer, slippers. Overall it was a good experience. The staff too were polite

It was a terrible experience at the Golden Fortune Inn hotel. When I entered the hotel, it was nothing like the photos shown at the time of booking. While checking in and entering my room, I found that the lights were not working properly, and the staff were not supportive. It was such a horrible experience that I immediately decided to leave the hotel. I discussed the matter with the hotel manager regarding cancellation and refund, but he refused to provide any refund. Therefore, I request MakeMyTrip to follow up with the hotel and arrange a refund for the two nights for which I did not use the room. Awaiting your reply.

I stayed at balcony room and it was good. Staff is friendly and location is good . Breakfast is good South Indian dishes. And room service is excellent too
