Good thing - Rooms are very good and spacious location on high way Staff is obedient and Best Area for improvement - No resturant No buffet breakfast, you hv very few options Food rates are very high In general it is used for destination weddings as a resort No hot water available, served by bucket Iron broken type

Food is not available; water is not available for bathing. Very bad experience.

Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there. but it was okay for us. Really nice breakfast spread. Just a little whenever we entered. Other than that it was great.

Room Neat And Clean But Bathroom Curtain Very Durty. Food Quality Very Good Special Idly Sambhar And Vada Sambhar.

Mis managed property drilling started as if some earthquake in the room at 8 am and not stopping even after multiple complaints.

Swimming pool is not working that is not confirm the hotel say booking food service so delay late this properties note 4 star not kids zone that is.

Very peaceful and pretty with a helpful staff. Beautiful view and good hospitality was provided. The food was also really nice considering we had to keep the staff overtime. Overall a good experience and would definitely recommend

Very easy to find hotel mathura on road, staff behaviour was very gud room condition was awesome. Food quality is superb. At the end i was very happy with the golden galaxy. Thank you make my trip

Staff was not available at reception at the time of check out, i'll wait for about 20 minutes for staff to come at reception, room as per price not so cleaned. Room was smelling like water leakage.

since the hotel was mostly empty , there were only 2-3 rooms occupied , there was no buffet breakfast the charges according to the room and facilities provided were very much high. no a hotel worth

Positive things are room size, sanitization, room service, staff cooperation, comfort in the room. Negative things are food quality, sounds of dj in the night during party in the banquet hall of the hotel

Hotel and hotel room was perfect but room service was not upto the mark, and also food was not healthy and also not proper cooked, tv has nope connection, and also not recharged with any package, i have not enjoyed in room.
