Far behind in dal lake. Take 200 rs to reach there by shikara every time.
In winter it looks so so may be good in summer. Food is ok, drinking & smoking prohibited.

Thanks himanshu vyas for taking your time to review our property. And about paying 200 rupeese for shikara ride you choose wrong place to take shikara to our place that is why it looks far. About drinking alcohol and smoking inside houseboat is prohibited as we already told you can smoke outside houseboat on deck of the houseboat
Excellent Stay
5. Very pleasant stay. The place is a little away from the noise and main docks but the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The caretaker does a great job in making the stay memorable.

Terrible Stay
Very very bad experience. There was no view. We did not stay there. After checking in. We checked out. Very bad experience. Kindly refund the money partially

Dear guest, Our location is well known to everyone who stays with us. Upon arrive at our houseboat you started to create fuss, you could not recognise the location which is the same as on display in our website as well as our all portals. It's unfortunate you are not among natural lovers, would you have been a nature lover you would have never said no to the location of golden hopes group of houseboats. Which is bounded with natural beauty surrounded by water lilies/ lotus flowers floating gardens/and a panoramic view of the beautiful himalayan range of mountain.
Stay good but transport to and from boathouse was charged
we were not aware transport to and from boathouse was included in cost, we ended up paying close to reach there and back and at no point did the owner inform us of the same. While there is no issue paying , the fact it was kept from us left a sour taste in the whole experience. Stay was very good, food was decent but overpriced. Average stay but transport ruined the whole experience

Dear guest first of all thanks for taking your time to write your review. And about paying extra penny to reach to our houseboat you didn't inform us what time you are expecting to arrive neither you bother to contact to the property so we were not sure what time you will arrive at ghat no 14. And we dident had your contact number. So howcome we send you our shikara to wait for yourself whole day as we had other guests as well. About food 300/ rupeese for veg food is expansive for you it's houseboat not any dhaba were you can get thali 100- 180 rupeese.
