Good and rooms are good. Washroom is also good. Rooms are spacious.

It's a good place to halt. Location wise it's not a posh area, but again that's the beauty. All basic necessity stuff is accessible. if you find the hotel food quite pricey there always an option to explore outside.

I had booked the room with breakfast but they say it’s not inclusive. Since we came for an exam we opted for it and the student went without breakfast. Rest all was good but one unpleasant event makes the rest unsatisfied

It's near airport, that's it. A lot traveler friendly measure has to go in day to day operation. GOLDEN INN can do much better if it wants.

The housekeeping staff directly opened my room using their master keys without even knocking; wherein I hadn't even asked to clean my room.

I was searching for a hotel room near Rajarhat, Kolkata area. I found that hotel it's very easy to locate just on the VIP road. Good experience.

Never allowed me to stay even after making advance payment

When i reached the hotel at 4. 30 am in the morning, the gate was closed. No one opened the gate or responded to me and never opened the gate at all. I informed the hotel about my arrival at early hours while booking and making full payment. After banging the door for more than 30 minutes, stayed in a nearby hotel. During the day time, when i enquired about this in the hotel, no one is respond to my queries. Simply said you made the booking with make my trip and go and claim with mmt. Finally lost my my money.
