I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experience with golden leaf, which i booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing due to the hotel's handling of reservations. Despite having a confirmed booking, we arrived at the hotel to find that our pre-booked rooms were not allocated. The hotel staff informed us that they operate on a first-come, first-served basis, which is inconsistent with the service expectations for reservations made in advance. This practice not only caused significant inconvenience but also undermines the reliability of the booking process. Such issues reflect poorly on both the hotel and your platform, and i believe it is crucial for [booking platform/mmtc] to address this situation. Ensuring that partner hotels adhere to proper reservation procedures is essential to maintaining trust and satisfaction among users. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration and that appropriate actions are taken to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Not stayed
