All the hotel golden oak team are very good at their work. They work as a team and i travel solo but when i reach their every one are friendly and supportive kamlesh bhaiya and dixit and i not know the others name like cook they all work as team in every expect. Love to visit shimla and more than the stay in goal-den oak

Location and the room was awesome. From our room view was amazing you can see the beauty of shimla hils. Food was good and tasty. Staff was well spoken and polite.

Though we had planned for shimla and kufri visit but unfortunately due to overnight bus journey from delhi to shimla my daughter fallen sick with high fever so we stayed inside the hotel itself did not go anywhere, hotel staffs are very helpful, they took care of all of us very nicely, i would like to appreciate and thank, food served from the kitchen was amazingly delicious and of our choices.

If you want to see the view of shimla then this is the best place to stay. Rooms are very clean. Staff are really helpful and courteous. Food is good. Overall vibes are excellent.

Hotel was very good and the staff was really very helpful and cooperative. Room views were awesome, the best in shimla i would say. Only drawback is the drive to hotel if one is driving by themselves as it's quite a steep road

Mind blowing experience at golden oak. Wonderful view from rooms. Beautiful night view of shimla. Very neat and clean rooms. Food quality is mouth watering with typical himalayan home taste. On top of this the hospitality offered was really nice

The property is very near to tourist destinations and can be easily navigated through maps. It is well maintained, clean and hygienic and the the hotel staff is polite, approachable and very helpful. Had a wonderful stay here.

Good scenic view from the property. The staff is following all hygiene measures. Food is finger licking they serve you fresh and hot food with proper hygiene. Overall a perfect place to spend your vacation. Highly recommended

I was a good stay there. Staff was supportive and did the things timely. View was amazing there from rooms, terrace and even sunrise too was very good. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
