property is location wise is very good. There are straight stairs of 80. Though the property arranged the luggage lifting but it is very difficult to go to Hotel without any lift. The lift is provided to transport the luggage and tourists within the property only.

The room was good, spacious, the view was good, the staff were very supportive, and the breakfast food can be improved. Reaching the GOLDEN OREN & SPA-100Mts From MALL ROAD has more than 50 steps to cover. Which is very tough with small kid.

Pros: good rooms, near mall(5-6 mins, good people. Cons: too much stairs & not for old(elevator wip, room service not much good.

It was a wonderful experience specially about dining. Food was fantastic. Room with hill view was superb. Job was going on to install elevator.

Got a view room, num: 403, it's a nice experience and no disturbance, staffs are really nice. There is no parking.
