My stay at Golden Sarovar Portico was truly pleasant. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the service was prompt. I also appreciated their understanding and flexibility with the checkout timing. Overall, a great experience - would definitely recommend!

I have stayed here twice. The location is very peaceful and their staff service is excellent. Good and spacious rooms.

Decent option at the price point, located in a quiet yet central area of the city, very good service, breakfast buffet & hospitable staff as well. Could do somewhat better with regards to in-room amenities & provision of toiletries - 7.5/10

It's an average hotel with untrained staff for saving money and increasing profits. I see the franchise owner not feeling importance of quality in food, service. Only thing is if you ask them to clean your room they will do it otherwise. And the restaurant staff and manager really needs hardcore training as they take guest for granted when something is asked for in a humble way.

Everything was average. The location was fine, the room was clean but nothing exceptional. Food quality and service were okay, but overall the experience was okay.

Excellent hotel. The staff is amazing. Really prompt. The chef Navin has curated some of the best food we habe had in Amritsar. The best kulchas we ate was in this hotel in breakfast. Excellent rooms for the price. It's a 5 star business hotel. Can't get better than this in Amritsar.

The location is good and room was also comfortable.The morning breakfast could have been better considering the other amenities.

Property location, amenities & services is good but food cost is too much high compared to hotel standard. I recommend fix dinner system or buffet like other hotels because his system not suitable to single person.

The location is perfect with wide roads . And also located at corner with two side road. Food was good except tea served at breakfast. Quality of tea was not upto the mark. Services of the staff was nice .
