Excellent Stay
I had a very good two day stay at Golden Tulip Srinagar. The hotel offered a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout. The food at the in-house restaurant was excellent, with a good variety and quality that really stood out. Breakfast was also satisfying, with plenty of options to choose from.thw chef made me an excellent cheese dosa. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and hospitality made it a great place to stay. I’d definitely recommend Golden Tulip to anyone visiting Srinagar

Terrible Stay
I could not stay at hotel because of rains and calamity. i requested property to refund or give me a voucher to be used at future date, but property is not responding. this is a natural calamity and hence not expected from such a reputed chain

Excellent Stay

Stay at Golden Tuli
I stayed at Golden Tulip Srinagar during my recent visit from 15th to 17th July. The property is located in a good area with easy access to various parts of the city. The surroundings offer some nice views from the property, though unfortunately, my room itself did not have any view. While the hotel is marketed as a 4-star property, the overall experience feels closer to a 3-star standard. The room I was allotted was much smaller than what was shown on MMT, and I was disappointed that it did not match the photos or description. I requested a room change, but was informed that all rooms with a view were already occupied. Service is another area that needs improvement. The staff were polite but not particularly welcoming or proactive, and the service was quite slow at times. Overall, the location is the main plus point. The property itself is decent but does not live up to 4-star expectations in terms of service, room quality, and staff engagement.

Amazingggggg Hotel
Staff , hospitality , service , location , food quality everything is class . Toiletry quality is good. View from the room is expect . Worth staying there. Moreover the facility of Sheesha makes this hotel special too. Will come again with family

Pathetic experience - Avoid
The overall experience was "Meh!". Pathetic views of the backyard from the Executive suite; late check-in as the room was not clean, depressing bathroom with broken toilet seat, late checkout was an issue despite delaying my checkin by 2.5 hours. No apologies on my complaining at checkout, quite callous staff. Quite a pathetic experience, especially for having paid such a steep price for a 2 star experience. The location of the property is also not that great and the staff attitude was "unhospitable". Apparently, the hotel earlier had a Sarovar Hotel affiliation but then quality must have gone down for Sarovar to break the affiliation. Golden Tulip might be well served to review their affiliation as well. I am not going to this place ever again for sure.

Average Stay
The location of the property is really good. Next to lalit hotel and near dal lake. Staff is also polite and friendly. But rooms are not as per the standard, too small in size. Plus the food also is okayish, too oily I would say. Overall a decent stay but I had higher expectations given the price and the rating

2 Night stay at RK Sarovar
Sound insulation inside room horrible. People walking talking in corridor is heard like they just walking towards your room. You can hear every door sound of your corridor.Apart from that size of the room is good and neatly maintained.Staff also very polite and courteous.

familyWashrooms were very small and the rooms were average, though the location is good. It’s an old property and the view from the rooms was also pathetic

Good Stay
Overall property was good, food was good, people were nice and welcoming. Only drawback felt was the size of room was a bit smaller otherwise everything was perfect.
