I didn't stay on the property on the booking date as I reached there one day in advance and paid in cash for the stay. The location was good and the tent was also good however the food was below average. please process a refund if possible for the booking amount

Location is amazing, food was good. Very cold in night. . . Very nice location, staff was very nice and polite. Food was expensive

Worst experience in my life of staying at any place, food was not as expected, very bad condition of the rooms, too cold and unbreathable circumstances no amenities provided by the place and not any kind of assistance provided for the discomfort that the place had to offer the place is very unsafe for elderly and children never take them

It was the worst stay of my life … mismanaged to stinky sheets and pillows .. lack of electricity and water. Had booked for 2 days. But had to cancel 1 day after staying there

I tried to contact, but no one responded from property, so i won't checked in

If u r in for low budget this place is for u. Amenities are basic and food was average. We have to struggle with cold weather as well.

Look for an alternative to stay, there was no hygiene, linens were used and dirty, there was no clean water.

There was no light in morning when one gets ready. The utensils were not properly washed. The bedsheets were dirty and unkempt. Rats were running all over. Too expensive for the service we received.

Property’s location is right on the road and we can find it easily. We have reached at 9:30pm but the caretaker invited us with warmth and provided all the required facilities.

Service is very poor. Toilets were very unhygiene. Tents were dirty. No proper water supply in toilet. The money we paid was not at all valuable for the service and arrangement we got.

Staff was good, they provided tents immediately but tent was given with used bedsheet and pillow cover, very dirty. Actually there was breathing issue this was the reason we could not able to make any complaints, it was a nightmare for me, above all they switch off genrator in the middle of night, and it was so dark, and with uneasiness in breathing one find the darkness like last visit of life horrible. Conclusion; the can easily maintain the cleanness of bed sheets, hot water facility in washroom, and light for whole night. And they can little brief about how to live if breathing issue and provide the assurance that they are there at difficult time.

Very unprofessional staff, no bone fire, no heating system arrangements, no guidance for oxygen support, breakfast was worst, no hot water supply, no light arrangements after 11pm till day time. We pay 14k for 4 tents which is unfair

I did stay in many camps in and around leh & ladakh, like vista, pangong serai and others. Hot water was supplied unlimited for couple of hours in the mornings & evenings. The hosts were more than helpful, here forget hot water, water for shower was also not provided. What they gave was just a bucket of water for the whole stay for 2 of us. Terribly horrible service

Terrible hygiene levels in fact in our tent's toilet there was human waste inside the water closet when we checked in.
