Rooms: Not as shown in pics, not even basic amenities like Extension phone, tea or coffee, toilet paper, toothbrush kit. You ask for all of these by going to 1st floor reception, sometimes you can get but not always. Safety: No such concerns but again didn't saw any guards anywhere in entire property. Hygiene: Insects were crawling in entire room and washroom, on night on bed too in 3 days stay. No bedsheets changed, no cleaning done in all 3 days. Food: You can eat better food and breakfast in any normal dhaba. One day they skipped entire breakfast saying we can't do anything. Staff: Except manager, staff is good and polite.

I book this hotel due to lower price. Bathroom is clean and hot water is coming. Room furniture are of poor in appearance or cleanliness wise also. You have to do adjustments. Stay there just for spending night in shillong. Not a pleasant experience to stay there. Landline is not working. So it is a average

Room was very dirty. Staff is so so. There is no basic facilities in room which is mentioned

The rooms are overpriced as compared to the facilities that they provide. The service is very poor n unprofessional

They changed one room for the next day without any information. The changed room doesn't have a working tv, no any hot water thermos.

The hotel is pathetic, unhygienic and creepy staff. They don't know what clean bedsheets and toilets are. Food you would not like to try. Definitely not meant for female travellers.
