Excellent Stay
The best staycation i ever had particularly in hostels, Though I booked private room, and it was so great. And i had no issue at the time of check in.

I definitely recommend it
The location is great. Amazing food options and amenities available at a walking distance. It's clean, hygienic and the food is decent. Comfortable beds with an ensuite washroom. I stayed in the 6 bed female dorm.

Poor Stay
Room was unhygenic and was lacking basic amenities, not even 50% of what they show in photos . No TV in the room . Even called the company executive for help , got no response. Very poor experience. The rooms were not as they were shown in photos , no tv , even no tissues were provided in the rooms. Ordered my breakfast from cafe and first they delivered wrong order and then took 2 hours to deliver the same . And the rooms were also not clean as shown in pics . I complained to their helpline too but they were not responsive . So yeah overall it was not good , could have had better experience in this amount .

Service is not good
Check in time is 1 pm and I reached the property at 2 pm but still room was not ready. They offered another room but washroom was not clean and lock of back door was broken. They said that they will get it ready by the time I come back but still it was not ready. Service was not good. Staff is careless. Otherwise property is good with lot of amenities like pool table, foosball table, working area and lift.

The common area was absolutely amazing, great music and the food was also quite impressive with lots of options. Enjoyed the facility of gostops that reserved a cab for me when I arrived in gurgaon.
