"Exceptional Stay!" I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The food at the in-house restaurant was delicious with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions yet peaceful at night. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and great service.

I had a deeply disappointing stay . From the moment I arrived, things went downhill. First, there was no electricity in the room for hours, and I was not informed of any issues upon check-in. It was incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark—literally—and the staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience. To make matters worse, there was no support with my luggage. I had to carry my bags myself to the room, which was not only inconvenient but also unexpected from a hotel . I expected at least some level of assistance, especially when the situation with electricity made it even more challenging to navigate the space. Overall, this experience was far from the relaxing and hassle-free stay I was hoping for. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, as both basic services like electricity and customer service support were severely lacking.

What an absolute bizarre experience. This place is a disaster, and definitely not a good choice for families. The place is near crematorium. Place is like "धर्मशाला" and they are asking money in advance,Once you pay, you’re trapped and forced to show up, even though the place is nothing like what was promised. The photos online were downright misleading – they were a complete lie. The actual property looks like it hasn’t seen a broom in years. The rooms were dusty, shabby, and downright filthy. The bedding looked like it had been used for decades, and there were stains everywhere. The walls had peeling paint, and the bathroom was so disgusting, I didn’t want to touch anything. Electricity problem was also there to rub salt on our wounds.Honestly, it felt like a ghost town, with no one around to help or care. The whole experience was a huge letdown, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. Also staff had asked to carry luggage by ourself. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. pure and sim.

Good location. Ample parking space. Spacious rooms. The behavior of the staff was very friendly. Food was also like home so we enjoyed it.

Goyal bhawan is located at a comfortable distance (approx 900 metres) from khatu shyamji mandir. It has all the basic amenities for staying. It's clean and staff is helpful. So good choice for any one to stay.

It is near the temple. The room was working with ac and enough space (i booked for 3 people. Towels and bed sheets were clean. The premises had enough space to play cricket and badminton. Food is like home. Every chapati was soft and made when you asked. All vegetables and dal quality is good. Breakfast is prepared immediately on demand.

The location of goyal bhawan is good and convenient. The place is open with ample parking space and decent lawn. Room quality, amenities and cleanliness etc are dharamshala grade and not like a professional hotel. The staff at reception is civilised but will hand over the keys of your room and that's about all. The ac and geysers work well but no toiletries other than liquid hand wash. Good for location and space, ok for cleanliness average for amenities and service

Near khatu shyam temple, clean and food is also good. At night you can take a walk in the garden. The staff is friendly and helpful.

This is my second stay at goyal bhawan in khatu shyam with makemytrip. I am ready to share my experience but firstly you released my pending rewards as you earlier promised. Till time, neither you release my reward nor give any discount in hotel booking. This is not fair business. Once you give any offer, then follow it strictly otherwise your goodwill suffers it. Final decision is yours & it is only upto you. Either release my pending reward or choice is yours.

Goyal bhawan is a clean and de ent place to stay i did not had food there so cannot comment but their tea was good. Rooms were clean and mattresses were also lean. It was not very far from khatu shyam temple. If you want a stay at nominal cost with good ambience and parking, then goyal bhawan will be a good choice.
