    Grace Villa is a beautiful property with clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is convenient, being close to the highway. However, some guests found the property overpriced with zero service. They were charged absurd amounts for gas usage. The property is not suitable for families as additional guests have to sleep on the floor with cotton mattresses. On the positive side, the owner has a positive attitude and is committed to improving services. Overall, it is a good place to stay with a beautiful view, but some guests felt it was not value for money.
