Review Of Grand Cascade

The hotel is good and clean ,all amenities are available in the room . Also tv is working. . The location is near Chennai Central railway station. Staff behaviour is good for finding out near tourist places. Food is good.

Great Stay All services excellent Helpful Staff delicious food spacious room with all amenities we took 3 big Room for 3 families with kids everyone enjoyed the hotel and service. thank you Mr. Irshad for everything.

We all arrived in a group of 15 members and to my surprise, ground staff were waiting for our arrival. Parking can accommodate TT also. Rooms were very convinient and neat. Room service was timely. In Ground floor, restaurant is there which served fresh and hot dishes. We had two children in the group and they enjoyed a lot! Front office staff Mr. Irshad Husain and group were very cooperative. Overall, nice stay in this Hotel Grand Cascade and now onwards, Chennai visit will have compulsorily Grand Cascade in our list!

The stay was quite well had good air conditioning was very decent and worth for money amd good breakfast

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The room size was surprisingly cramped—barely enough space to move around comfortably, let alone store luggage. It felt more like a closet than a guest room. What made things worse was the persistent bad smell in the room..

Food is excellent Room service is good

Rooms had cockroaches, bed hight was high than normal, that was uncomfortable for my lady colleague. Room service was pathetic, they provide spoon/fork or tissue paper only on request else they just send the ordered food in quarter plate without realising it will be uncomfortable for guests to take the starters from the plate. Staff is completely non- courteous, no smile no assistance. I asked manager the distance from Chennai to Mahabalipuram and he told me he is Muslim. My lady colleague was getting her heavy bag from staircase, staff saw it but didn't bother to assist her.

It was a wonderful stay at the Grand Cascade hotel. The staff are well receptive, helpful and caring. The security measures are wonderful, The rooms are clean, well furnished and awesome.

The staff are not friendly and behave rudely with all customers. If we order anything from outside, we have to go down and collect it ourselves. They do not have restaurant service after 10:30 pm, and if we try to order food from outside after this time, our requests are denied

Stay was Excellent. Staff service was commendable. We had dinner and breakfast from the restuarant and both were very tasty.Most attractive point is the proximity to MGR Central railway station, Metro station, suburban station etc and easy to access many of the locations through metro

Room was well maintained but I was not happy with the behaviour of the staff working there. Amenities were as mentioned. Breakfast was also decent

when a customer visits hotel , immediately the room boy must take luggage from the customer , that commonsense minimum must to be with hotel reception and for the boy, but instead of that they are seeing picture while we entered, I didn't like their sense, I didn't like that hotel

Bed sheets and pillow covers were not cleaned, even the bath towel looked creamish not white like its not been cleaned properly
