My stay at Grand chennai by GRT hotel was outstanding . The best part was very delicious food which differentiates itself from all other 5 star hotels . Also, the staff here was extremely courteous and warm, with a big smile on their faces always. I strongly recommend this hotel for whoever is going to Chennai . I will definitely stay here only whenever I go to Chennai

Hotel located at very prime location where we can have good shopping places at T nagar. Food was marvelous where it proves the standard. Compliments & breakfast was different varieties as well as staffs and chef are very kind. Overall experience was great where we had good memories.

Grand Chennai by GRT hotels is located in the commercial hub of T Nagar which is a location advantage. Hotel has kept the rooms clean and pleasant. It has taken care of small needs of guests and arranged everything at arms length within the room. All toiletries, snacks and other equipments were ready to welcome you. The food quality and taste was also very good. Overall an excellent stay!

Excellent Stay
I am a regular guest staying in GRT for the past 5 years and every time I am happy about the hospitality extended by the staff right from the front desk to the valet parking attendant. The complimentary breakfast has a widespread menu and there are dishes suitable for every one based on their preference. I want to give a special mention to the executive sous chef who was very polite and courteous. These are the things that make GRT stand apart from other hotels. I hope to stay again in the near future.

Great Hotel and location but a glitch this time.
We have stayed at GRT chennai few times. It's a great hotel. Unfortunately we were not happy this time.. We stayed in the 9th floor.. there was an intermittent thudding noise all night in one corner of the roof. We couldn't sleep at all almost all night.. I even went to tell them at around 2 AM but unfortunately nothing much could be done. Even my 8 year old kept asking.. what's this noise Dad..? They should look at it..

Everything is great right from the reception. Greeted with warm welcome. Room and service are great. Refreshments and coupons for food and spa are provided. They have also extended checkout time upon request. Food wise..we ordered mutton biryani and some starter and both are very good.
