To be improved a lot in all aspects.... not worth @ this price. The only plus is its location ie. near to KIA airport 🛫

Good hotel
The stay was good,staff was pleasant and easily reachable from airport. Found the food pricing to be a bit on the higher side for that category of hotel.

Expensive, Extra charges
apart from initial booking rest of the service is charged at higher rate. I reached by 9.am. and left by 5.30 am, they charged me extra saying their timing is 2 pm to Next day 2 pm

just average rooms
It's an ordinary hotel with a big name, the Washroom is not up to the mark, the bed sides are likely to cause injury with a slight hint of horizontal movement as the bed sides are of sharp edges. the washbasin depth, the improper frontal positioning of toilet cavity etc everything leaves a bad impression while using them. Rooms are of small size, but then they also correspond to their room pricing. The restaurant, however, is reasonably good.

rooms were good hot water was not coming from the tap although rooms were clean and spacious it is good for one night stay. one good thing is that it is nearby international airport

I liked the hospitality of reception staff Mr Santosh while checking IN. Food in the restaurant is below average, AC and TV in the room was not working but corrected after my complaint. It should have been inspected by the hotel before allotting the room to customer

Good Stay
Hotel is at good location, close to the airports. Staff and s also good and they helped us in arranging early morning cab to the airport. We didn’t have food there so no idea about food.
