I had a pleasant stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Nehru Place. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the metro station and well-connected to nearby business and shopping areas. The staff were polite, helpful, and the service was quick throughout my stay. The room and washroom were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made the stay very relaxing. Breakfast was decent, though the dining area felt a bit small during busy hours, and I think the food options and taste could be improved slightly. One concern — during check-in, the reception staff did not accept a masked Aadhaar card and asked for an unmasked version. As per government rules, masked Aadhaar is valid for verification, so this policy could be reconsidered for guest convenience. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend this hotel for business or short leisure stays in South Delhi.

The property is in a prime location, but not worth the money it charges as rooms are quite small, most of the rooms are filled with cigarette smell, congested lift doesn't operate without a key, gallary and reception area ends before starting. Actual cost for these rooms should be somewhere between 1000 - 2000 Rs.

Very bad experience in hotel because they are no no more staff and good staff breakfast is very bad. Minimum items room is not good. Very Koji in small rooms. Amenities in the rooms is zero. No parking parking on the road very risk factor.
